A: Once you're logged in, go to your dashboard and click on "Post a Job". You'll be guided through a simple process to enter the job details, including dates, times, required skills, and hourly rate.

A: Yes, you have complete control over the hourly rate you offer for each job posting. You can see the rates that locums typically charge, but the final decision is yours.

A: Once you post a job, nearby, qualified locums will be notified. Interested locums can apply for the job. You review their applications, choose the best candidate, and confirm the booking.
